Design and development

1. Program: We meet with you to best understand your needs and wants for your modern home, aesthetic sensibilities, style, and budget.

2. Development and Design: We research your site to gain an understanding of the site characteristics, such as sunlight, views, privacy, access, and approach. We gather all other necessary information as it relates to the program and then develop a set of schematic plans and elevations to review and fine-tune with the client.

3. Final Design: This includes final drawings, elevations, and a 3D rendering.

Construction documents

We create and provide a full set of construction documents of your Final Design ready to be sent on to the builder.
